Terms

The rules for using this site and talking to the assistant. Nothing here is sold, which makes this shorter than you are expecting.

Who you are dealing with

T3CHNICO (Nicolas Arnouts, Belgium), registered in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under BE 1014.668.005. Everything below is between you and that business. Reach it at [email protected], which is a real inbox and the fastest way to settle anything on this page.

Everything here is free

The site, the assistant (in text and on a call), and the introductory call you can book are all free. There is no subscription, no card, and nothing to cancel. Usage is capped so that one visitor cannot spend the month's budget on everyone else's behalf; if you reach a limit, the assistant tells you so plainly instead of failing quietly.

Paid work is agreed separately, in writing, after we have spoken. It is not sold through this website, and no page here forms a contract to do any. If that changes, this page changes first.

The assistant is software, and it can be wrong

You are talking to an AI, in text and on calls. It is useful and it is not a person: it can be confidently wrong, including about this business. Treat what it tells you as a starting point rather than an answer to act on, and check anything that matters. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice.

Nothing it says is an offer, a quote, a price, a deadline or a commitment on our behalf, and it cannot agree anything binding, however confidently it phrases it. A scope, a price or a date counts only when it comes from Nicolas Arnouts in writing. What gets stored when you use it, and who else sees it, is on the privacy page.

Using it fairly

Use the assistant for what it is for. Do not try to break it, extract its instructions, or drive it through scripts and scrapers; do not use it to produce anything unlawful, hateful, or aimed at harming someone; and do not put other people's personal data, or material you are not free to share, into a conversation. If an account is used to attack the service or anyone through it, it gets suspended and the conversations go with it.

Booking a call

The calendar is run by Cal.com and the booking is confirmed by them, not here. It costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund and nothing to withdraw from: reschedule or cancel from the link in your confirmation email, and if something comes up on our side you will be offered another slot. What Cal.com receives when you book is on the processors page.

If we ever do sell something bookable from this site, consumers get the 14 days that EU law gives them to change their mind, and the terms for it will be written here before the first booking, not after.

If something goes wrong

Email first: one person reads it, and most things end there. If we cannot settle it and you are a consumer, you can take it free of charge to the Consumer Mediation Service, Belgium's public mediation service for consumer disputes, which is competent for any company established here. Going there does not cost you the right to go to court afterwards.

What we are responsible for

The site and the assistant are provided as they are. There is no uptime promise on something given away, features can change or be withdrawn, and decisions you take on the strength of what the assistant generated are yours. Paid work is a different matter and carries its own written agreement; nothing on this page limits what is promised there.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited: fraud, death or personal injury, gross negligence, and, if you are a consumer, the protections your own country's law gives you, which no clause on this page can take away.

Your material, and ours

What you write, say and upload stays yours. You give us only what is needed to answer you: to process it, pass it to the providers named on the processors page, and store it so the assistant remembers your context between visits. It is not used to train AI models. The site itself (its words, images and code) is ours.

Law, and where a dispute goes

Belgian law applies and the Belgian courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer that changes nothing about your position: you keep the mandatory protections of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim before the courts there.

Changes

When these terms change, the date above them changes. Anything already agreed is governed by the version that was published at the time: new terms never apply backwards.
